Job Description

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists the Management in developing job descriptions
  • Prepares and publish job advertisements on career pages, job boards and social media
  • Administer the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Checks and screens application forms
  • Shortlisting, interviewing and selecting qualified applicants
  • Prepares and conducts necessary Orientation on deployment
  • Involved in the assessment panel
  • Prepares and updates reports regarding recruitment status to Team Head
  • Coordinates with the handling organization/agency of different countries in processing of requirements for manpower request
  • Manages the flow of documentation
  • Prepares and files Job Order/Manpower Request, Client Accreditation, OEC Processing and license renewal at Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)
  • Ensures complete and updated requirements and objectives set by the POEA, embassies and airline companies and effectively communicate such information to concerned management
  • Assists with Department of Foreign Affairs’ (DFA) Apostille Requirements
  • Assists in CANA Processing System
  • Undertakes filing of VISA and insurance of the selected fit to work applicants
  • Ensures the confidentiality at all times of all information pertaining to the company’s accounts including employers and applicant’s data
  • Directly coordinates with the upper management

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or any related course
  • Preferably with 2 years Recruitment and/or Agency coordination experience
  • With Administrative position background
  • Must be updated with all POEA Regulations in terms of employment, renewal of accreditation, licenses, etc.  
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Excellent in leadership, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, problem solving & decision making, planning and organizing, self-management and innovation
  • Highly analytical; high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Can work under pressure
