QUALIFICATIONS:
DESCRIPTION:
I. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
II. Performs receptionist functions.
Main Activities:
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
• Greet, assist and/or direct clients and visitors.
III. Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring to appropriate staff member needed to talk to by the caller.
IV. Perform clerical duties in order to maintain administration, develop and maintain current and accurate filing system, monitor the use of supplies and equipment, coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
V. Support staff in assigned project-based work (maintenance of ACU units, lighting, laptops, telephones, etc.., maintenance of showroom by coordinating with the Showroom Manager on changes or modification in the showroom, in charge in the purchasing and distribution of corporate gifts for clients or suppliers except Christmas giveaways.
