EDUCATION: Bachelor of Laws
EXPERIENCE: 2 years of related work experience
TRAINING: At least 4 hours of relevant training
Salary: 29,500 - 34,600 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in reviewing and validating loan and mortgage documents;

2. Assist in the preparation of mortgage examination findings through a thorough review of the submitted documents for approval of loan application;

3. Assist in communicating mortgage examination findings accurately to stakeholders for correct and complete compliance;

4. Assist in collating and reviewing mortgage documents after issuance of letter guaranty for loan processing;

5. Assist in consolidating the required documents for the Transfer of Title to the community association's name and annotation of rem;

6. Assist in maintaining and proper safekeeping of mortgage documents submitted; including title's property with annotation of the REM for the protection of the released loan;
