Job Description
- Focusing on growing and developing new business.
- Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, finance, logistics, production and other management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones including customer quarterly performance review.
- Process customer requirements on a timely manner based on company standard procedure and customers’ expectations.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Communicate clear progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholder on forecast management and account progress report.
- Assist with high sensitivity request or issue escalations as needed.
- Other responsibilities which may be assign by immediate superior.
