Job Description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Administers the following benefits program by facilitating employee   application, coordinating, processing and/or issuing benefits when approved:
    1. Leaves (Vacation, Sick, Emergency, Maternity, Paternity,etc)
    2. Loans
    3. SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth
    4. Maternity Benefit
  • Coordinates with Accounting Department regarding billing concerns of SSS and Pag-Ibig loans, maternity and Philhealth claims.
  • Accomplishes government surveys regarding wage and salaries, benefit, and other human resources-related surveys.
  • Prepares reports required by the SSS, DOLE and other agencies related to human resource.

PAYROLL

  • Sees to it that payroll documents such as timesheets, Overtime tickets and employee charges form are submitted on time and in order.
  • Checks and processes non-confidential payroll across the organization.
  • Processes quit claim of separated employees seeing to it that all accountabilities of employees are properly accounted for.
  • Sees to it that payroll data in the payroll system is accurate and complete.
  • Processes employee benefits such as 13th month pay, remittance report on SSS, Pag Ibig and Philhealth contributions.
  • Prepares Alpha List required by the BIR.
  • Sees to it that employee advances, loans, government-mandated contributions are properly deducted from the employee’s payroll.
  • Maintains payroll register and other payroll documents.
  • Coordinates with Accounting Department regarding pay out.
