IT Business Analyst

Work set up: Amenable to work on a hybrid setup

Work location: BGC, Taguig

Work schedule: Must be open to work on a dayshift/midshift schedule

Budget: 45,000 to 84,000

Job Scope:

The business analyst will play a crucial role in communicating with internal and external clients in analyzing business and system requirements, and recommending solutions together with the scrum team. They will also participate in Scrum ceremonies and discussions to further explain the business requirements and functional specifications to developers and testers.

If you are/have:

• 5 years’ experience of being a Business Analyst. Work experience in the Human Resource industry is an advantage.
• Should have working experience in Agile Development environment. Familiarity with the Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to multitask and work on virtual teams.
• Adaptable in learning new tools and technologies.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Committed to providing quality outcomes.
