Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations including coordinating with the sales team to provide customer-centric solutions to customers.
• Provide excellent service in all customer touchpoints to create solutions and ensure that requests are handled in timely and professional manner.
• Advisory to customers on Sales & Service matters.
• Prepare rate sheets and double checking of loads in the system.
• Updating of sales documents, plan for sales productivity and efficiency
• Fulfill other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in Cargo is an advantage but not required
• Proficient in MS Office
