Job Description:

• Ensures company standards, processes, and tools are used and maximized
• Ensures Branches sales targets are met and exceeded
• Manages business strategy to grow revenue and profit sales
• Provides sales focus and sets aggressive individual and team goals
• Analyzes the market and current business performance
• Partners with other branch leaders to maximize local territory account management consistent with strategic direction
• Optimizes growth in sales and profit within the branch location through active and energetic development of customer relationships aggressive leadership of all branch activities and employees
• Accountability for delivering of both individual, and collective as a team
• Professionally dealing with clients and customers in negotiations ensuring that is in line with company sales process
• Ensures marketing campaigns are executed to drive sales growth
• Practices performance management by setting clear goals, investing personal time in employee development, actively coaching
• Owns and manages the sales staffing plan for the assigned local geography
• Ensures compliance and monitoring of operational process, needs and policies including but not limited to liquidations, requests, permits and licenses
• Ensures branch maintains cleanliness and organize at all times
• Self-motivated, highly driven, ability to take initiative and manage a team effectively
