DUTIES:
- Handles Inbound and Outbound calls; Schedule patient's appointment
- Check eligibility of patient's insurance
- Create referral documents and process prior insurance authorization of the referral request.
REQUIREMENT:
- Good English Communication Skill
- Computer Literate (MS office, Teams)
- Willing to work on Night shift; Permanent weekdays off
- Willing to work onsite at Makati
