Position: Social Media Content Creator

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have at least 2 years experience as a digital creator, content producer, or similar role.

  • Fluent in English

  • Passionate in storytelling, writing and reading

  • Comfortable  and confident in appearing on videos to create engaging content.

  • Familiar with popular editing software and apps such as Adobe, Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Filmora etc. 

  • Can work with minimum supervision, manage tasks and calendar management to meet deadlines.

  • Must be willing to travel outside the office in shooting video contents

  • Social Media Savvy

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Create advertising contents to promote the company services and attract more applicants and clients.

  • Turn contents and ideas into video and publish them in social media such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and others.

  • Innovate ideas and processes by performing research on the market trend.

  • Serve as the company brand ambassador and handle video hosting in English and Tagalog.

  • Conduct interviews with Successful Hires and other Bilingual or Foreign candidates.

  • Coordinate with different departments of the company of each project.

  • Search for leads needed to execute the project is not limited to finding the participant for the content, the best place to shoot the content, and others.

  • Calculate project cost and ensure that it is within the approved budget.

  • Write contents in English and Japanese and assist with translations of other branding and marketing documents.

  • Handle calendar management of shooting schedules and other relevant events.

  • Create game plans on how to brand the contents to gather views, comments and engagements.

  • Handle other branding activities and tasks.
