EXPECTED SALARY

  • 30,000.00 TO 35,000 per Month
  • 5,000.00 per Month Transportation & Communication Allowance
  • 150.00 per day Meal Allowance
  • Service Charge

  • Handle 3 Stores - BGC TAGUIG & POBLACION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Male or Female
  • Graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • With experience as Operations Manager in Food & Beverage industries
  • Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant
  • Bartender’s license is a plus
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
  • Hardworking
  • Can work under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tracks customer behavior and sales.
  • Maintains budget and monitors costs.
  • Oversees planning for special events.
  • Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
  • Hires, trains, promotes, and, when necessary, disciplines or fires staff.
  • Selects music, books bands, and provides input on décor and marketing, including social media and other forms of publicity.
  • Initiates and maintains vendor relationships
  • Appraise store performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
  • Other job that may assign from time to time
