DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Fully responsible for the company's HR and administrative management work, mainly assisting superiors to establish and improve the company's HR and administrative system construction in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and administration.
2. Regularly assess recruitment needs, develop a reasonable recruitment plan, and explore and maintain channels to meet the company's talent needs.
3. Gain an in-depth understanding of the development status of personnel in business departments and provide suggestions on talent management, team development, performance evaluation, and organizational culture building.
4. Plan and manage employee welfare activities, promote corporate culture, and create a positive organizational atmosphere to increase employees' sense of belonging.
5. Provide administrative logistics support, legal support, and public relations support based on business needs.
6. Regularly arrange and implement training according to group tasks, conduct results evaluation and feedback, and complete related tasks.
7. Develop the company's administrative budget, arrange office supplies procurement and distribution, and manage the company's fixed assets and vehicles.
8. Implement the operational procedures of various HR management practices and various regulations and rules, and coordinate with other business departments.
9. Handle emergencies and other tasks assigned by the boss.
