Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their insurance needs, including policy renewals, claims, and inquiries
• Collaborate with brokers and underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance policies
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed assistance to client

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with the end-to-end insurance renewal cycle
• Ability to work closely with brokers, underwriters, and clients

Work Location: Onsite in Taguig City (US Based Shift)
