Job Title:            Customer Care Assistant

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Assistant is the client’s primary point of contact. Their main duties include managing service inquiries, generating lead sales by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring potential clients become our loyal customers, and identifying, and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cater inquiries received through phone calls, email, chat, in-person, and other social media platforms.
2. Assess the client's qualifications and requirements based on the client’s inquired application or service.
2. Promote products, services, and other assistance available.
3. Engage with clients, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner, and make follow-ups to ensure resolution.
4. Hit the monthly team sales target.
5. Keep records of client interaction, case summary, resolution provided, requirements, and any file documents.
6. Receive and encode payment for the reference of the finance department.
7. Other related tasks from immediate superiors that are directly related to business operations.

QUALIFICATION

Education/License/Certification

  • Graduate of any Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship courses, or other relevant equivalent

Experience

  • At least 6 months experience in customer service or sales

Skills

  • Typing Speed of 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented and keen to details
