JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management.
• Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, maintaining a proactive approach to collections.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a college degree in Business Administration related courses.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of prior working in Admin/Accounting/Billing and Collection.
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be computer proficient
• Must have strong analytical skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
