Content Management Lead
Responsibilities:
• Support sales teams in developing marketing content and campaigns focused on customer service.
• Create and maintain a content showcase promoting customer experience solutions.
• Lead collaboration sessions with alliance leaders to align solutions with customer needs.
• Keep updated on competitive analysis and distinguish competitors.
Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of content writing experience.
• Experience in B2B pre-sales, writing collateral, and building or supporting funnels.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or IT with Masters in Business Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
