Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for databases which includes but is not limited to overseeing the development and organization of the database, assessment, and implementation of needed technologies, and providing recommendations for structure improvement
• Work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities
• Do Administration and Database Management

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience and 3 years of experience in IaaS and PaaS databases in Production
• Solid Database administrator experience in SQL Server High Availability, Database hardening, monitoring, performance tuning, Backup and Restore, Installation, Upgrade, Database Access Management, Database Migration, and Disaster Recovery
• Strong understanding of Azure services such as IaaS and PaaS databases, including hands-on experience on DBA tasks, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure CLI, and Powershell
• Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing, ETL, and relational database environments
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
