Job Description

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Group Accountant, you will oversee the Accounting of selected subsidiaries of RepRisk, and you will support the consolidation and the bookkeeping of the group. Further, you will oversee and guide another team member whose responsibilities are accounts payable and expense management of the group.  

You are based in Manila, reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance and you will be working closely with the Senior Accountant, who are both based in Zurich, Switzerland. In general, your tasks include:  

  • Overseeing accounting of RepRisk’s subsidiaries in Japan and the UK (others might follow)
  • Supporting senior Accountant in Zurich with financial closings and consolidation of the group
  • Overseeing accounts payable and expense management processes
  • Responsible for finance mailbox
  • User admin of RepRisk’s global bank accounts
  • Supporting finance projects 

You Bring  

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven track record in Finance & Accounting with a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience with financial closing and group consolidation
  • Experience with accounts payable and expense management
  • International Accounting experience in a multinational company is a plus
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • System and process driven mindset
  • Experience working with Microsoft Business Central, QuickBooks and Xero, as well as expense management tools and Power BI is an advantage
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English skills, with ability to present complex information to non-technical internal audiences
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Capacity to critically assess existing processes and propose improvements
