Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from start to end.

• Review and monitor the project in-depth.

• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to work status

• Manage and monitor manpower efficiency and productivity.

• Train and give feedback to construction workers and subcontractors.

• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve current issues and concerns effectively.

• Manage equipment schedule and ensure availability and functionality based on construction schedule.

• Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations

• Ensure quality construction standards.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Must be a Registered/Licensed Civil Engineer

• At least ten (10) years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction and experience in different types of construction projects is an advantage.

• Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills

• Superior management and delegation capabilities

• Excellent Leadership and Construction Management Skills

• High level of integrity and accountability.

• Willing to be assigned in Isabela and other provincial locations.

• Highly proficient in MS Office applications and other softwares pertinent to his work

• Amenable to start immediately is an advantage
