Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger posting and statements
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Submits all required reports to meet the deadline
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be Assertive, Confident, Resourceful, a Team Player but can Work Independently
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
- Good problem-solving skills
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially MS Word and Excel
