Job Description
- Manage communication with all customers to ensure payments and evaluate all delinquent accounts and maintain accurate records for same
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Process payments.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
- Update account status records and collection efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and local regulations for collection purposes.
