Your primary function includes working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommends the right solutions. Your duties include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Conducts regular sales calls and customer visit
  • Prepares monthly budget and sales forecast and see to it that projected sales target are achieved
  • Prepares and submits daily customers report including sales accomplishments and sales orders
  • Conducts market research and market surveys as often as necessary for possible new market prospects, as well as product and market development
  • Informs and updates the management on matters regarding market trends, like supply, demand price movement, industry practice and competitor’s activities and recommends remedial measures in cases where company’s interest is affected
  • Coordinates and works closely with the Credit and Collection Department regarding customers unpaid accounts, problem accounts, payment discrepancies, credit limits and see to it that these are resolved and acted upon immediately and on time
  • Treats files, data and records with utmost confidentiality and upholds Data Privacy Act
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Healthcare Management, or a similar discipline) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
