General Description: The Full-time Faculty shall assist the Program Chair in the attainment of the institutional and OAA goals and objectives, and his/her/their functions and responsibilities.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Crafts, implements, evaluates subject-specific Couse Outline, Syllabi, Course Packs;
2. Updates resource materials and relevant class equipment up-to-date and learner-centered;
3. Updates knowledge and skills to improve pedagogies for the 21st Century Education responding to the economical, technological, and societal shifts;
4. Adheres to the College’s Ethical Code and Faculty Code of Practice;
5. Provides leadership and management inside the classroom, that aims to become an inclusive classroom
6. Evaluates students in an inclusive manner with clear rubrics, Course objectives, course requirements explained to the class;
7. Provides guidance to students based on their specific needs to be able to progress as individuals;
8. Submits student evaluations as per the date indicated in the Collegiate Calendar;
9. Oversees and coordinates with the Program Coordinator should there be co-curricular and/or extracurricular programs and activities significant for the course;
10. Participates in faculty assemblies, meetings, seminars and workshops other related activities; and
11. Engages in Community Service and Research.

Minimum Qualification Standards:

1. Filipino Citizen
2. Must be a holder of an MA/MS Sports Science or MA Education-Physical Education degree or equivalent course
3. Must have a professional affiliation with any sports or allied field organization
4. With teaching experience
