Main Responsibility: Ensuring that call quality and quantitative standards are followed in order to meet and promptly address customer care needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
• at least 1 year CSR experience in an Insurance/Finance/Health account (combined should be acceptable too, e.g. 6 months in Insurance account and 6 months in Finance account totaling to 1 year overall)
• Amenable to work in Gateway Cubao
• Open to undergraduate with relevant work experience
