Responsibilities:

• Implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and active learning.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies and techniques to cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance and grades.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community to ensure open communication and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest educational practices, methodologies, and technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching license.  We also accept fresh graduates who are preparing for the licensure examination for teachers.
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter and the ability to effectively convey it to students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
