Job Description
- Assists the President with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments;
- Prepares and drafts written correspondences
- Assist in handling office-management duties, making travel arrangements, itineraries & expense reports, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs office workflow in the President's Office, including ensuring that timeliness are met.
- Prepares for meetings / arranges teleconferences and etc.
- Screens all calls and visitors
- Performs other duties that may be assigned that are within the scope of responsibility
