Job Description

Job: Sales Development Representative

Position Purpose: 

The Sales Development Representative,  informs others about company products and services and acts as the point of contact for new clients and their assigned existing clients

Principal Accountabilities include: 

  • Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and maximizing lead generation 

  • Timely execution of all sales activities – leads, campaigns & referrals 

  • Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions 

  • Researches and understands prospects before making the pitch

  • Drive the on-boarding of new customers and initiate spend enablement activities 

  • Promote the HPL Gamedesign Corporation Brand

  • Display an optimization growth mindset for improvements

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange calls and meetings.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Familiarity with sales processes

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Passion for the design industry and a strong interest in the gaming industry.
