* Support in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, patch and upgrade of core network infrastructure - servers, storage system and other hardware on a 24x7 environment
* Maintain and implement system security policy.
* Provide high level support and resolve availability and performance issue to meet SLA requirements
* Provide emergency on-call support and performs occasional after-hours/weekend maintenance updates.
* Performs root cause analysis for incidents and service interruptions
* Collaborate with team members subject matter experts to complete resolution of incident and problem.
* Participates in and contributes to learning activities about new technologies and best practices.
* Effectively communicate relevant IT- related information to stakeholders
* Good to have - Unix / Linux Certification, Microsoft Certification
* Knowledge: Scripting skills, ITIL
* Amenable on shifting schedule
