As a Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:
Receive and process service requests from customers.
Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability and job requirements.
Coordinate job details with technicians and provide clear instructions.
Monitor resources and optimize their allocation for maximum productivity.
Maintain accurate records of job assignments and technician availability.
Keep customers informed about the status of their service request.
Proactively address any issues or obstacles that arise during the dispatching process.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve dispatching processes and operational efficiency.

You will be a crucial part of our customer service team, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, booking service appointments, dispatching technicians, and providing attentive follow-up support. This role requires strong communication skills.
