You'll work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and close deals.
On the recruitment side, you'll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales targets.
Conducting market research to identify new industries or sectors for potential business opportunities.
Managing 180 recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media etc.
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in sales/call center or recruitment.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills – you'll be building relationships with clients and candidates
A proactive attitude with a natural ability to think outside the box
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
