The Mechanical Draftsman is responsible for preparing the plans/shop drawings pertinent to installation works or any drawing that may deemed required. They usually use rough sketches to create designs. They also use different types of CAD software and designing tools to draft product blueprints.

• Create detailed mechanical drawings, schematics, and other technical designs using CAD software
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates, and create an accurate technical layout
• Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for various products

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related course.
• Must be a licensed Engineer
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD) and other related drawing tools
• Capable of analyzing, and interpreting the electrical and mechanical plans
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
