Primary Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries(it may include billing inquiries, technical problems, plan upgrades, account changes and etc.)
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive customer relationship
What are we looking for?
• Open to all HS Graduate
• Good to excellent communication skills
• With or without call center experience
Work Set-Up
• Work onsite: Ayala Makati City and Rockwell Pasig City
Compensation and benefits to enjoy:
