Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their financial inquiries and providing top-notch customer service. You will handle a wide range of tasks, including answering customer calls, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information regarding financial products and services. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you assist clients in navigating through various financial processes.
Qualifications:
• You should have completed at least 2 years of college education.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an International BPO setting is required.
• Your communication skills should be top-notch, both written and verbal.
• You should be willing to work onsite in Taguig City, Philippines.
