The responsibilities include:

• Doing layout/design as per clients' specs and preferences. Layout may include IDs, tarps, posters, invites, brochures, etc. 
• Operating printers, laminating machines, cutting machines. 
• Ensuring orders are of good quality, accurate and complete before having them picked up.
• Answering customer's inquiries via face to face, phone or email.
• Sending quotations. Following up pick up and payment of orders. Issuing receipts, accepting payments.
• Updating daily sales reports, checking inventory of materials.
• Coordinating with production team regarding some of the orders.
• with working experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Preferably with experience from a Print Shop
