Job Description

We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new Sales Operation Assistant. The Sales Operation Assistant responsibilities include reporting directly to the manager receive and process invoices and purchase orders as per the sales team request. Assist with the ordering and shipping of merchandise and related sales materials to the clients. Handle any special projects as required by the sales operations management team.

To be successful as a Sales Operations Assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any related field
  • Proven working experience in sales operation process
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Able to work on their own initiative and adaptable
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis
  • Administrative support experience is a plus especially for the sales team
  • Experience in a wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
  • Willing to work at Pasay City
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday

Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate with sales operations team to ensure orders ship according to schedule
  • Monitor order shipment progress and report any issues to the sales team if necessary
  • Receive and process invoices and purchase orders as per the sales team request
  • Assist with the ordering and shipping of merchandise and related sales materials to the clients
  • Handle any special projects as required by the sales operations management team
  • Receive and process orders and inquiries for both internal and external customers
  • Consulting with customers to process shipment as directed by customers
  • File all orders and sales related correspondence for management and audit requirements
  • Processes orders and identify the correct products using the existing sales operation system
  • Ensuring the orders are delivered to the original promised date stated in the quotations at the time of ordering
  • Update client on order status and advise them on out of stock lines and delivery dates against them.
