• JOB SUMMARY

The BD Sales Associate expands an organization reach by generating new business opportunities. Through a combination of market research, networking, and outreach, he/she strategically identifies and contacts qualified leads.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Identifies  prospects who align with patron’s persona assembled by the marketing team;
• Builds and maintains profitable relationships with key accounts;
• Plays a key role in the growth and development of our VIP user base;
• Drives net revenue through proactive sales tactics while promoting outstanding VIP service to new and existing VIP customers;
• Collaborates with other departments such as Fraud, CX, Compliance, Marketing, and Product Operations to consult, execute, and resolve multifaceted player- facing issues;
• Creates strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships;
• Compiles player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify commercial opportunities;
• Executes against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies;
• Drives key VIP sales metrics contributing to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue;
• Maintains and enhances relations with existing platform customers;
• Reviews and approves player competition based on established customer policies;
• Participates in the escalation process including working with clients and other departments to resolve client cases;
• Handles negotiations and ex-deals to balance operational expenses and revenue;
• Improves customer/player experience, solves problems, and drives positivity among the team;
• Demonstrates success, identifies and implements strategies that improves operational efficiencies;
• Maintains confidentiality of all information and abides strictly to Company policies and procedures, and avoids editing, copying or duplicating company property of any kind and in any form; and
• Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior based on operational needs.

• JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Attainment

• At least graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business and other related fields or its equivalent.

• Work Experience

• With at least five (5) years related experience in gaming, hospitality, sales, or  marketing industry; and
• With relevant experience in marketing and sales, specifically which relates to relationship building, retention, and growth.

• Essential Skills and Core Competencies

• Must have language, mathematics, reasoning skills;
• Understands sports betting markets and other related products;
• Knows how to increase revenues and control expenses;
• Physically fit to work and with pleasing personality;
• Flexible and can work under pressure;
• Preferably Filipino (local) who are willing to work in a multi-cultural company;
• Must be fluent and able to speak, read and write in English, Tagalog and other Philippine dialects such as Kapampangan, Bisaya, Ilokano, Bicolano, Hiligaynon, Tausug (at least two or more dialects are considered as advantage) for efficient communication to potential partners;
• Can overtly express himself with the right intention and patience;
• Knows how to resolve logical and situational problems;
• Must have professionalism through proper time management and fulfillment of departmental metrics;
• Computer literate and tech savvy;
• Knowledgeable in CRM and best-in-class strategic services; and
• With no bad records from previous employment.
