The RESPONSIBILITIES will include but is not limited to:

- Leading a project when needed

- Making smart technical decisions and recognize trade-offs for all such decisions

- Recognizing poor code and write code that’s secure and scalable

- Understanding business requirements and translate them into workable technical requirements

- Occasional client site visit for system support

- Documentation of Code, System, Testing

- Build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies

- Involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features

- write clean, functional code, reusable and maintainable code on the front- and back-end

- collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience.

Required QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

- With 4-5 years experience.

- Comfortable working with both front- and back-end languages.

- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (like PHP, NodeJS) and JavaScript frameworks (like Jquery, and Vue).

- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript).

- Familiar with databases (like MySQL and MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.

- Experience with testing and debugging.

- Eye for layout aesthetics.

- Analytical and good at time management.

- Great communication and problem-solving skills.

- Curious about new technologies and you're excited to find ways to implement them in your work.

- Experience with coaching and mentoring other developers.

- Oversee and drive projects forward."

WORK FROM HOME w/ some occasional client visit and/or office visit.

"Work Hrs: 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm Manila Time

Minimum Productive Time required: 5hrs/day
