Job Description

 

  • Prepare customized presentations mapped to unique use cases, pain points and/or challenges of the customers
  • Acquire full understanding of client requirements on both commercial and technical aspects
  • Prepare sales proposals and client engagement contracts
  • Coordinate closely with the company’s client management engagement team and help drive customer success
  • Create a rolling sales pipeline that will help in accomplishing sales revenue goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers and effectively communicate product features and benefits
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Participate in product demonstrations and educational sessions
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints effectively

 

What we're looking for :

 

  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, as well as proficiency in English
  • Experience in sales, customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Passion for technology and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in translation/interpretation are a plus

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree of any course
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications/Google Suite
  • Good communications skills (oral and written) and strong presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Willing to do field work
  • With Drivers Licensed
