Job Description:

  • Support the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Handling and processing orders, checking the correctness of order details, and making sure to meet order requirements
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Perform CRM task management ensuring clear, detailed and well-organized information is in CRM.
  • Making the company's products and services as enticing to potential customers as possible.
  • Coordinate all sales and services issues on-site & off-site.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course.
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable specially on Microsoft Excel.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in oral and written English communication, sales, and customer service.
  • Knowledgeable on efficient reporting and gathering of sales data.
