Support the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Handling and processing orders, checking the correctness of order details, and making sure to meet order requirements
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
Perform CRM task management ensuring clear, detailed and well-organized information is in CRM.
Making the company's products and services as enticing to potential customers as possible.
Coordinate all sales and services issues on-site & off-site.
Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course.
Computer literate and knowledgeable specially on Microsoft Excel.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in oral and written English communication, sales, and customer service.
Knowledgeable on efficient reporting and gathering of sales data.
