SALES AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations including coordinating with the sales team to provide customer-centric solutions to customers.

• Provide excellent service in all customer touchpoints to create solutions and ensure that requests are handled in timely and professional manner.

• Advisory to customers on Sales & Service matters.

• Prepare rate sheets and double checking of loads in the system.

• Updating of sales documents, plan for sales productivity and efficiency.

• Fulfill other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent

Prior customer service experience in Cargo is an advantage but not required

Proficient in MS Office

Work Location: Paranaque
