Job Description

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for our company's technical products and services. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the sales and engineering team to identify and qualify leads, and then use their technical expertise to demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential customers.

  • Identify and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Work with the sales and engineering teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Use technical expertise to provide detailed product overviews and answer technical questions for potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to plan for special installations and ensure products and services meet customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new products and services to effectively position and sell company offerings.
  • Provide the necessary assistance to our Sales Administrative assistant on matters about (1) Billing and/or Invoicing and (2) Coordination of accounts receivables.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager. 


  • Completed a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related course.
  • With at least 3 years (s) of related working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target
