Job Description

Product Application Specialist

The Product Application Specialist ensures the effective expansion and promotion of company products and the efficient installation of medical equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder in any medical science course (Nursing, Biology, Medical Technology, or Physical Therapy (PT)
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in Product Management, and/or in the Medical Field
  • Can work under pressure
  • Patient, Honest, and Hardworking
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (written & oral)
  • Excellent presentation skills & public speaking skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to work on-site.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Critical competencies include: analytical decision-making; attention to detail; teamwork; work in fast paced environment; initiative
  • Possesses exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills to facilitate interaction with all staff levels and customers
  • Customer service-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Studies, masters, and deepens knowledge of product specialization, especially specifications and operation;
  • Develops and conducts in-depth and high-quality product presentations, training, and demonstrations to the sales force, dealers, and key customers;
  • Develops promotional materials and define necessary promotional activities for product specialization
  • Creates new product market opportunities
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling product demonstrations; Follows up closely on projects in collaboration with other departments;
  • Develops and implements a company-wide go-to-market plan, and works with all departments for execution;
  • Conducts market research, supported by ongoing visits (for product evaluations) to customers and non-customers;
  • Researches and updates the latest trends in medical technology;
  • Administer applications and provide technical expertise.
  • Coordinate with departments and prepare technical reports, training materials, and documentation for end users.
  • Assist customers and provide operational and end-user support.

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month (Negotiable)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
