Responsibilities:
-Provide support for production and non-production environments to ensure system uptime
-Perform all key IT Service Management processes including Change, Incident, Problem, Monitoring, Maintenance, and Service Requests individually or as part of a team.
-Design, configure, respond, and resolve monitoring alerts related to system health, security, performance, and capacity.
-Work and communicate effectively with colleagues, end-user clients, and various levels of management.
Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent
-At least 5 years of solid experience supporting and managing Azure or other cloud services
-Experience with Virtualization: Virtualization Server, Storage, Desktop, Network.
-Experience in scripting (KQL, C#, Powershell, etc.)
-Strong understanding of cloud computing and microservices.
-Strong knowledge of SQL and experience writing complex queries.
-Familiarity with Git and version control.
-Microsoft Azure Certification (AZ-900 or AZ-103/104 certified or equivalent) or other cloud certifications
