Primary Job Responsibilities:
- To answer inbound calls and promptly assist customers with their concerns
- Observe the quality and quantitative call standards to meet customers satisfactions
What are we looking for?
- Can be college undergraduate with relevant work experience
- Must have at least 1 year experience preferably with Insurance/Finance/Health
