Job Description
A real estate virtual assistant (VA) performs various administrative tasks to support real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and other professionals in the real estate industry remotely. Some common tasks that a real estate virtual assistant might handle include:
Managing emails and scheduling appointments: Responding to emails, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments with clients, vendors, and other professionals.
Data entry and database management: Inputting data into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, updating client information, and maintaining databases of properties, leads, and contacts.
Listing management: Creating and updating property listings on multiple platforms such as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), real estate websites, and social media.
