Job Description
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Assistant's responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates online and on-field, updating job ads, and conducting background checks. Mainly, tasked specifically with finding suitable candidates to fill positions and to be deployed to EBSI partner clients.
Qualifications & Job Specifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
- Preferably with at least 6 months of experience specializing in Sourcing and Recruitment or General Human Resources or equivalent.
- With experience in hiring in bulk numbers of open positions.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Google Sheets.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Job Description:
- Source/pool and process potential candidates continuously (intended for replacement or unnecessary turn-over of deployed personnel, for new requirements, and/or for other potential accounts) based on the job descriptions and/or qualifications provided by the partner clients through existing resources, networking, etc. approved by the management
- Coordinate with the coordinators (Operations) timely for all candidate endorsements and ensure that all endorsed candidates have feedbacks/are given feedback to ascertain any adjustments/specific skills to look for, etc.
- Responsible for the collection of all the pre-employment requirements after the job offer and shall endorse the collected records to the HR team (such as to Records Management Assistant).
- Developing own network of suitable candidates; Host and participate in job fairs.
- Evaluate resumes or applicants’ profiles, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates, present candidates to partner clients, and collect interview feedback; consolidate candidate profiles for a quality endorsement to partner clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Responsible for recruitment partnerships or affiliations with schools, professional organizations, government agencies, networking, job fair participation, etc. to generate a database of potential candidates.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Create, present, and submit reports.
- Handle other recruitment-related projects/tasks that may be required as per the need of the department from time to time.
- Perform ad hoc roles/duties as may be assigned from time to time.
