Job Description
- Provides excellent operations-related-customer-support-service to delegated active clients.
- Keeps and organize records of all documents pertaining to shipments in google drive and dockets.
- Check documents if it’s already completed on (Xero, trello) attachments before being sent to the Head Office Billing Department.
- Collate and arrange all shipment documents to be sent to MMG Head Office for billing purposes.
- To ensure real-time updates of assigned shipments to be monitored and coordinated directly to the client.
- Meet KPI in uploading complete shipment documentation that was cleared and shared with the Sales, Billing and Trucking Department.
- Directly report and seek assistance on every shipment operation issue that arises to the Operations Department Head and work towards customized solutions.
- Actively respond and ensure customer satisfaction with our Clients.
