Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling request/requirements between the company and building admin
  • Application processing & follow up, ex: gate pass, work permit, access card etc.
  • iGreeting and leading visitors to according person
  • Coordinating with HR for the interview applicants
  • Conference/Negotiate room and bathroom organizing
  • Pantry & toilet inventory monitoring and follow up purchase request
  • Coordinating with housekeeper to maintain the public area tidy and clean
  • Biometric system setting/monitoring
  • Bulletin board updating x. Complete other assignment directly from supervisor

Qualification:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)  Professional attitude and appearance: Consistent, professional dress, and manner.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks  Customer service experiences
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
