Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling request/requirements between the company and building admin
- Application processing & follow up, ex: gate pass, work permit, access card etc.
- iGreeting and leading visitors to according person
- Coordinating with HR for the interview applicants
- Conference/Negotiate room and bathroom organizing
- Pantry & toilet inventory monitoring and follow up purchase request
- Coordinating with housekeeper to maintain the public area tidy and clean
- Biometric system setting/monitoring
- Bulletin board updating x. Complete other assignment directly from supervisor
Qualification:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance: Consistent, professional dress, and manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service experiences
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
