Job Description:

          We are looking to immediately hire a graphic designer for our Cebu Office. You will be working in a team of designers and web developers,
software developers and mobile app developers. Previous experience in a web design or a software design company is essential for this position, as you will be designing for graphics that must look great over a very wide range of aspect ratios from full HD landscape to small mobile phone portrait.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Lead Designers and other teams to come up with design solutions
• Conceptualize design solutions based on client’s needs/requirements ranging from Web / App Design, Logos, Social Media posts, etc.
• Develop UI Mockups and/or prototypes that maximizes both form and function (well designed but at the same time easy to use)

Skill Required:

• Knowledge with Web Design softwares (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Invision)
• Adobe Software (Illustrator, In Design)Branding (Optional but, preferred)Initiative to ask smart questions, take risks and develop new ideas

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 6 months to 1 Year of working experience in the related field, is required for this position.
• Must have a clear understanding of business goals and user behavior, and be proficient in a wide variety of skills, ranging from psychology to design and technology.
• Open to fresh graduates of any IT courses.
