Job Description

Due to the continued expansion of our business, we seek a full-time, innovative Operations Specialist to provide administrative support, participate in the planning, development, implementation, and support of operational activities, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed. Proactively identify ways to streamline operational excellence procedures between or within team. The Operations Specialist will help manage the flow of a workplace and optimize day-to-day activities. This role involves tasks like analyzing business operations and identifying customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Identify ways to improve internal client experiences
  • Provide Executive transportation and assistance
  • Interacting with customers and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Tracking and reporting on operational performance
  • Maintaining policy and procedure documents
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Perform any additional duties to support company leadership

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Relevant experience in Vendor Management and Procurement
  • Software industry experience is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles for running a cost center, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency with the Web, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Desire and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills
  • Able to work on a night shift schedule
